After our College Pool adventure yesterday we spotted a number of children unable to dive into the pool. It was like a Belly Flop competition won by Aron.
Today we practised diving by safely entering our school pool. We learnt to enter first with our fingers, elbows, shoulders head then body from a seated position. We all had so much fun and the whole class tried very hard. No more Belly Flops!! Lets hope...

Kia ora,
Today we tested our swimming skills in our pool. We tried to swim one length Freestyle and one length only kicking. Everyone tried their hardest and most made it.
A special mention must go out to Cyrus who made it one length kicking with the help and support from our class. Also thanks to Kyreese and Aron who helped me gather important data.
Enjoy the photos.
